- I thought I'd be picking up Dad today. I'm told that one nurse said he'd probably be discharged today, then another said he wouldn't. I am waiting.
- We're trying to schedule a meeting with Dr. Payner. We are not expecting good news.
- It's possible that Cameron will join us soon. He might join us later, though. (I'd like to have him around for planting!)
- Dad's short-term memory problem (which I've grown accustomed to observing) has become much more pronounced. I'm not sure if the problem is worse, or that with so much going on it's just more obvious. Dad says he has "senior moments."
- Mom, Renel, Misha and Nell moved from the Embassy Suites (downtown) into rooms at the hotel connected to the hospital.
- Misha called at 1:00 PM. She was told that Dad is "too good" to stay in the hospital and needs to go home, but his blood's clotting ability is not yet controllable by his usual drug (Coumadin?) so he will need something special. I'm waiting for notification that he is ready to go home.
- 2:30 - I just spoke with Misha and Dad. He is going to stay at the hospital tonight. If his blood clotting is under control, he will be ready to go home tomorrow. I am planning to pick him up in the morning (~10:00).
- I received a message from Dr. Payner's office. I expect to hear from him about the biopsy results via phone on Wednesday.
