It is identical to what the commercial manufacturers are using with a typical yield strength of 40,000 psi. The chart shows all available telescoping sizes which are specifically designed to fit together precisely, making antenna construction easy, while offering professional results.

We also carry 2" outside diameter extruded aluminum tubing, in .125" and .250" wall thicknesses.Rated at 40,000 psi yield strength.
6061-T6 Extruded Aluminum Bar Stock
We also carry 4" bar stock, which is perfect for constructing boom to mast clamps and miscellaneous brackets.
Shipping Note
All sizes are available in 6 and 12 foot lengths. The 4" extruded bar stock is also available by the foot. Please call for a shipping quote on 12 foot lengths; these must ship via motor freight, and all the freight carriers have a 300 pound minimum. All 6' pieces can be shipped UPS at a reasonable cost.
