Survey Information:

To identify strategies for successful aviation phraseology and communication instruction in a university environment, your participation in this curriculum survey is requested along with other leaders of the 15 CAA accredited flight programs at the baccalaureate level. This research is being conducted as part of a Purdue University doctoral dissertation study by Kitty Campbell Laird.

The goal of this research is to determine how accredited collegiate flight programs in the U.S. approach aviation phraseology and communication instruction. Flight educators around the world will need to address this curricular issue due to new language and communication policies set forth by ICAO in 2004. Your responses may help serve as benchmarks of academic excellence in flight education.
